Sorry about that! Sometimes that happens. All you have to do is go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". From there you should be able to get your password set up!
If that doesn't work, send me an email!
When you enroll in any of the HypnoHelp products you should receive a couple emails to your inbox. These include a receipt and a "Welcome" email. If you didn't receive any emails, first check the spam/junk folder in your email. If they're still not there you probably input your email incorrectly. Send us an email ([email protected]) letting us know your correct email address as well as the First and Last Name you used to purchase the product. Don't worry, we'll get it fixed for you!
I'm sorry you're having trouble! If you're wanting to watch the videos on your mobile phone, the best way to do it is to get the Kajabi Mobile App (Kajabi is the platform we use to host the course). You'll be asked to login on the app and once you do you'll have access to all the videos!
